How My Business Started:
Since January 2024, I began offering in-home therapy sessions to friends and family, and over time, my client base grew through word of mouth and referrals.
As a therapist with several years of experience in the healthcare field, I observed that many clinics, whether physiotherapy, kinesiology, or chiropractic, often prioritize patient volume over actual care. Most clinics focus on maximizing profits rather than truly addressing the patient’s health. While noticing this in various clinics
worked at, I started offering therapy services to friends and family at home, and I discovered I really enjoyed it. I liked the concept of providing physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and training services directly in a patient's home, making the process more personal and comfortable. Additionally, I realized I could offer these in-house therapy services at a more affordable price since I didn't have the overhead costs of maintaining a physical clinic. My friends and family were happy with the services, and as a result, they began referring me to others. This led me to realize that I could turn this into a full-time business.
